90 percent construction is complete currently. The ACP fabrication work on Mall exteriors is in progress and this is expected to be complete in another three to four months time. The column free rental spaces ( Flat slab) can also be fine tuned in to individual requirements and any add-ons are possible at this stage of construction. There is an option to construct another 20,000sqft on 5 th and 6th floors if any requirement arise.
