Flooring:
Vitrified tiles in living, dining hall and bedrooms. Vitrified tiles / granite in common areas and staircases.
Kitchen:
Stain free ceramic flooring, granite-topped platform, stainless steel washing sink with wash area and storage facilities. Centralized gas connection.
Toilet:
Anti-skid ceramic tiles is used on the floor, and glazed tiles as wall dado. Suitably coloured sanitary wares, C.P fitting, state of art hot and cold mixer unit with shower facility.
Doors & windows:
Treated country hardwood frames and high quality panel shutters used for doors. Electroplated aluminum windows, with M.S. Grills.
Electricity:
Based on the three-phase system, with concealed wiring. There are separate meters for each apartment.5 & 15 Amp power points are provided for precious air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, etc. In addition there are separate connections in case of power failure, direct from the generator.
Painting:
Internal walls are coated with emulsion paints whereas external walls are treated with weather proof painting. The choice is made, keeping in mind the climatic conditions, especially the rain, so that the building and the interiors look its best at all times
Elevator:
There are 3 high speed automatic elevators with automatic rescue device and 24 hours backup generators for the benefit of the residents.
Generators:
The 24 hours standby generator keeps the residents happy with uninterrupted power supply and also helps the elevator to function continuously.
