Flooring: High Glossy Ceramic tiles for the bedroom, living room and the dining room. Granite/ Vitrified in the common areas and staircases.
Kitchen: High Glossy Ceramic used for the kitchen flooring. Added to this are the granite- topped platform, granite topped breakfast table, glazed tiles dadoing and stainless steel washing sink. The stores room and the work areas are separate from the main kitchen areas.
Toilet: Anti-skid ceramic flooring is used on the floor, an glazed tiles as wall dado. Suitably coloured sanitary wares, C.P. fiiting, state of the art hot and cold mixer unit with shower facility
Doors & Windows: The doors are made of treated country hardwood, the super sliding windows of anodized aluminum, with M.S. Grills.
Electricity: Based on the three-phase system, with concealed wring. There are separate meters for each apartment. 5&15 Amp power points are provided for precious air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines etc. In addition there are separate connections in case of power failure, direct from the generator.
Painting: Internal walls are coated with colored distemper paints where as external walls are treated with waterproof cement painting. The choice is made, keeping in mind the climatic conditions, especially the rain, so that the building and the interiors look its best at all times.
Elevator: There are two automatic elevators with 24 hours backup generators for the benefit of the residents.
Generators: The 24 hours standby generator keeps the residents happy with uninterrupted power supply and also helps the elevator to function continuously.
Water Supply: Ample water supply as it consists of a bore well, an open well and KWA water supply through separate sumps and overhead tanks.
TV & Telephone: All conduits are concealed, lending aesthetic volume to the apartments. Coaxial cables are connected in the living and master bedrooms. Intercom facilities are also provided for the residents, either from apartment to apartment, or apartmrnt to lobby, an apartment to gate keeper.
Car Parking: Common car parking facility and reserved car parking is provided at an extra cost.
Security arrangements: Security an important aspect in today’s cities, has been arranged on a round the clock basis.
Waste disposal: Garbage disposal facility is also arranged to keep the house and surroundings clean.
